These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of airnesthomes.com (“Website”) and any purchase you make from Airnest. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the Website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

Your consent to these Terms is explicit and voluntary. We do not use pre-ticked checkboxes to obtain agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


3. Products & Pricing

Accuracy of product information

We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Website are accurate. All specifications — including CADR, noise levels, room coverage, and filter grades — reflect manufacturer-tested values under standard conditions. Real-world performance may vary depending on room layout, pollution levels, and usage patterns.

If we discover a material error in a product listing after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing. You will have the option to proceed at the corrected details or receive a full refund.

Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Promotional pricing & discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for the stated period only. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and they hold no cash value. Airnest reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.


4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order

An order placed on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number. This order number is your reference for all future communication regarding that purchase.

Airnest reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order — including confirmed orders — in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express)
  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps)
  • Net banking
  • Wallets (as available at checkout)
  • EMI (available on eligible cards; interest and terms are set by your bank, not Airnest)
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (where available through partner providers)

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Airnest does not store your card or banking details. By completing a payment, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have the authorisation to use it.

Order invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. This invoice includes the product price, GST breakdown, and order details. Keep this for warranty claims and returns.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and external factors including weather or public holidays.

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard at airnesthomes.com.

Delivery attempts & failed delivery

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply if the initial non-delivery was not due to any fault of Airnest or our courier partner.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with items missing, do not accept the package. Take photographs of the packaging and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Force majeure

Airnest will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, government-mandated lockdowns, or disruptions to courier networks. We will communicate such delays proactively and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return eligibility

You may return a product within 10 days of delivery if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards are included
  • The product has not been installed, activated, or had its filters removed
  • You have the original tax invoice

Products that show signs of use, physical damage caused after delivery, or that are returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Pack the product securely using the original packaging
  4. Hand the package to our courier partner — we arrange the pickup at no charge for eligible returns

Do not ship a return without an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout, in accordance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines.

  • UPI / net banking / wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / debit cards: 5–7 business days (timing depends on your bank’s processing cycle)
  • EMI / BNPL: Subject to terms of your finance provider; typically 7–10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. If the refund does not appear within the stated period, please contact your bank before reaching out to us — bank processing times are outside our control.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Replacement filters (once opened or removed from sealed packaging)
  • Products purchased during final sale, clearance, or “non-returnable” promotions (this will be clearly stated at checkout)
  • Products returned outside the 10-day return window (except in warranty cases — see Section 7 below)

Wrong or defective product received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or is defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reverse pickup, at no cost to you. This is not subject to the standard 10-day return window.


7. Warranty

Coverage

All Airnest products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the main unit
  • Electrical or mechanical failure under normal operating conditions
  • Defects in the control panel, display, or fan motor

What the warranty does not cover

  • Consumable parts — replacement filters are not covered under warranty and are sold separately
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Damage from operating the device outside its stated electrical specifications
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) not affecting functionality
  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Use in outdoor environments (the device is rated for indoor use only)

Making a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs or a video showing the issue. Our team will assess the claim within 3 business days and guide you through the next steps — which may include a replacement unit, repair, or refund at our discretion.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, product images, logos, icons, graphics, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Airnest Technologies Private Limited and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, modify, or transmit any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may share links to our content, or print pages for personal, non-commercial reference.

The “Airnest,” “Air Nest Core,” and “Air Nest Aura” names and logos are trademarks of Airnest Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.


9. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or associated systems
  • Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the Website without our prior written consent
  • Use the Website for any commercial solicitation not authorised by Airnest
  • Post reviews or content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or that violates the rights of any third party

Airnest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel any pending orders if you violate these conditions, without notice and without liability.


10. Reviews & User-Generated Content

We welcome honest product reviews. By submitting a review, rating, or any other content on our Website, you:

  • Confirm that the content is genuine, based on your own experience, and not misleading
  • Grant Airnest a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Website and in marketing materials
  • Confirm you are not affiliated with any competitor and have not been paid to write the review (other than receiving the product for legitimate purchase)

We do not suppress honest negative reviews. We may remove content that is abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. The personal information you share — your name, delivery address, email, and payment details — is collected only for the purpose of processing your order, providing customer support, and improving your experience on the Website.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers (courier partners, payment gateways, analytics tools) who are contractually bound to keep it confidential.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Airnest’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website or any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Airnest is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use a product
  • Any health outcomes claimed to result from air purification — our products are designed to reduce airborne pollutants and are not medical devices
  • Third-party websites or services linked from our Website
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Section 5 — Force Majeure)

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to raise a grievance

You will receive an acknowledgement with a unique ticket number within 48 hours. All grievances will be reviewed and resolved within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may refer your complaint to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or your state’s Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 (toll-free).


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our Grievance Officer (see Section 13).

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
